Pursuant to the DSA, those who submit reports are entitled to receive information concerning available redress options with certain decisions taken by BigCommerce. If you previously submitted a report notice pursuant to the DSA through the above Notice and Action gateway, received a notification about the decision, and have concerns regarding the outcome, you may submit a complaint.
