This site contains information applicable to the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC) (the “DSA”).
Designated Point of Contact
In accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of the DSA, the email address DSAcompliance@bigcommerce.com has been designated as BigCommerce’s point of contact for communications with Member State authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and recipients of the service. DSA communications sent to BigCommerce should be in English.

In accordance with Article 16 of the DSA, government representatives, trusted flaggers and the general public may utilize the below link to submit report notices relating to illegal content on either our site or our merchants’ sites.
Options for Redress
Pursuant to the DSA, those who submit reports are entitled to receive information concerning available redress options with certain decisions taken by BigCommerce. If you previously submitted a report notice pursuant to the DSA through the above Notice and Action gateway, received a notification about the decision, and have concerns regarding the outcome, you may submit a complaint.
